Gentlemen:

It has been brought to our attention that the parking and sidewalk areas at the above leased premises do not comply with the Illinois Accessibility Code. I have attached a copy of a site survey which indicates the items requiring compliance for your review. Pursuant to the Conformity With The Law provision of our lease, Landlord shall make all changes and installations required to comply with the requirements of public authorities. Accordingly please make the appropriate changes and installations as soon as possible. In the event such work is not completed within the time period permitted by the lease, our company shall pursue its remedies thereunder.
