Thank you for your letter concerning electronic carts. We do understand and appreciate your sincere efforts on behalf of all people with disabilities
At this time, we are reviewing several alternatives. The analysis includes traditional wheelchairs, specially designed shopping carts, and electric carts. This effort is part of our process of testing concepts, products and services to determine patient and customer receptivity. Further we also look at other issues including in store safety for all of the people that shop in our stores.
