Dear Yvette,

I want to thank you very much for the article you wrote for all the one million five hundred thousand disabled persons. (See Walgreen's, In the News, 08-13-03 State Moving Too Slowly)

Enclosed you will find a copy of the e-mail that I sent to the US Access Board. I still have not heard from them. It was e-mailed to you.

Could you please let me know how many suburbs read your newspaper? I will also let you know if we hear from Lisa Madigan or Lisa Dana's Office. I do not think we will.

If you want to check out the Walgreen stores that have been fixed incorrectly please let me know. These are suburbs that gave Walgreen stores the okay on the original constructions and the corrections. The same Illinois Bureau for Disability Inspectors gave the okay also. I have been trying to find out who these inspectors were, maybe you can. It would also be interesting to see why one of our prior Senator's, (Pate Phillips), wrote a letter to us telling us everything was okay with the inspections. This is on our web site. The web-site documents everything we do.

We want our politicians accountable to us. We elect them and they work for us. We pay their salaries.
Yvette, persons with disabilities are not going to be discriminated against anymore.

Unified Voice of Disabled America will keep you updated of all we do. Please send me a copy of the article.

My home phone # is 847 357 8518. The web address is www.bonewits.net/UVDA-0.htm. #0 e-mail address botthof38@aol.com.

Cordially yours,
