Dear Mr. Truschke:

We are in receipt of your letter dated July 23rd.

Our original conversation you had told us that our meeting would be
the first week of August. It was held off this long because your
boss was on vacation and we had to wait for him.

Mr. Truschke, your company broke the accessibility law by not making
the handicap spots 16' across, which means 8' & 8'. It also means
these spots are near the entrances and not spread all over the
parking lot. This is STATE & FEDERAL LAW.

We expect to have this meeting with you and a member of the Chicago
Planing Board the first week of September except Tuesday.

Albertson has been given enough time to meet with us and we are not
waiting any longer to meet with you about our complaint and want it
resolved.
