Dear Ms Nebesky:

On June 29th you wrote me a letter that you were investigating a complaint that I made against Walgreen’s.

As of this date I have not heard anything from you regarding the ramp for disability persons.

I realize there are a lot of complaints that come across your desk during a day. How many are there that pertain to law that has been violated against the American Disability Act, accessibility to public buildings.

Please let me hear from you within the next couple of weeks with your findings. Walgreen’s has certain items that are better for MS needs to make my day better without worry. I do not feel that I or anyone else with a disability should have to give up going to any of their stores because they broke the law.

Cordially yours,
