On July 28, 2001, we wrote Ms. Joan Nebsky re the Charter One on Irving Park in Wood Dale, IL. You said you investigated the Charter One Bank on North Ave in Chicago. This facillity has corrected all its violations. The case is closed. We never wrote you about North Ave. Charter One Bank. Please let us know what violations you made at this bank and the date made.

Enclosed you will find the letter we wrote you and Charter One Bank re their branch in Wood Dale, IL. Please let us know when you are going to investigate this Charter One Bank. It took you a year to correct the wrong complaint. Your immediate attention to this will be appreciated.
