Dear Mr. Thomas:

The Unified Voice for Disabled Americans has agreed to the following.

Little Company of Mary Hospital will make four sixteen feet handicap parking spaces of the sixteen handicap parking spaces. This will make twelve eight feet handicap spaces and four sixteen feet handicap spaces

Each of these four handicap parking spaces are to be eight feet on the left for car or van and eight feet on the right that is to be stripped. This work is to be completed within two weeks.

Linda Stearns will be checking the handicap spaces in two weeks from date of this letter.

It is our understanding you have valet parking (free) from five a.m. until six p.m.

Thank you very much for your immediate help in correcting the handicap parking spaces.
