Background - As many of you know, the Access Board has extended the public comment period to July 28, 2005, on its passenger vessel access material (http://www.access-board.gov/news/pvag.htm ).  With this extension, two additional public hearings are planned.  To assist potential testifiers and other attendees in planning their activities for June and July, we are informally providing the projected dates and times of the two hearings. 

Projected Hearing Information

#1 - June 24, 2005 (afternoon) Los Angeles, CA
#2 - July 25, 2005 (morning) Washington, DC

Formal Announcement - When the Access Board formally announces these hearings, you will receive an email which indicates the hotel addresses where the hearings will be held and the specific times for the hearings and confirmation regarding the dates and city locations.

Testifiers - If you are planning to testify, please let us know so that your name is added to the list.
